Artificial intelligence articles

Assistants, automation, voice agents and search — what these systems do well, and what must never be handed to them.

Articles about what artificial intelligence actually does inside an Algerian business, at a distance from the demos: answering the same five questions, reading a document that arrived, picking up a call nobody is taking.

The common theme is the limit. Each of these pieces ends by describing something the system must not do alone — a quote, a delivery commitment, a forecast off three weeks of history — because that list, not the capability, decides whether the project holds up.

They are written to be usable without us. Several describe a check you can run this week against your own messages or your own calls, and the result will often tell you to buy nothing at all.

What you will not find here: model comparisons and announcements of new releases. They age within months and settle nothing — the choice of model is almost always the last problem in a project, far behind the question of whether the task was worth automating at all.

Frequently asked questions

Do these articles require technical knowledge?

No. They are written for the person deciding, not the person installing. Anything that needs an intervention is flagged as such.

Do these subjects apply to small organisations?

Often more than to large ones. The gains described here come from repetitive low-stakes tasks, and a small organisation spends proportionally more of its time on them.

Where should we start?

By classifying last month’s private messages. It is the cheapest check and the one that most often shows a missing page would fix the problem.
