Digital marketing
Direct marketing
Speaking to a list you own instead of buying strangers’ attention: SMS, Viber, Telegram and prospecting in person.
Paid advertising buys the attention of people who do not know you, at whatever price an auction settles on. Direct marketing does the opposite: you address a list you already hold, at a rate you know before you start. A thousand SMS cost the price of a thousand SMS, however fierce the competition.
That difference governs everything else. There is no algorithm to feed, no learning period, no curve that improves after three weeks. What decides the result is the quality of the list and the aptness of the message — both of which belong to you, and neither of which any platform can take away.
It is also the limit, and we say so at the outset: direct marketing does not create an audience, it works the one you have. If your list fits on a page, none of these channels will make you a known brand, and a channel that buys attention will serve you better first.
We refuse to work on bought lists. They convert badly, they do lasting damage to a sender’s reputation, and they expose you under Law 18-07 on the protection of personal data. A list built slowly is worth more than a wide one acquired in a day.
What we usually find
- You hold thousands of customer numbers and have never sent them anything.
- Your campaigns stop the day you stop paying, and nothing remains.
- You are paying to reach people who have already bought from you.
- Your business customers are on no social network you can reach them through.
What changes
A cost known in advance
The price of a send, or of a day in the field, is fixed before you begin — no auction, no surprises.
A list that belongs to you
It stays yours if you change provider, which is true of no advertising audience anywhere.
A channel that reaches the unconnected
An SMS arrives on a basic handset, with no app and no data connection.

Bulk SMS
The one channel that reaches a handset with no app and no connection — short, dear per message, and almost always read.Viber & Telegram Ads
Two messengers heavily used here, cheaper than SMS and richer — provided the people on your list actually use them.B2B Field Prospecting
Calling on businesses with no site and no page — the most expensive channel in time, and sometimes the only one that works.
What you get
Cleaning and structuring the list
Duplicates, invalid numbers, mixed formats, and contacts who have asked not to be approached.
Segmentation by behaviour
A customer who bought last month and a two-year-old contact do not get the same message.
Writing the message
An offer readable at a glance, with one possible action and a working way to unsubscribe.
Consent management
A record of who agreed to what and when, and removal that actually takes effect on request.
Channel chosen per contact
SMS, messaging or a visit: the channel follows what the contact genuinely uses.
Measurement through to the sale
A code, a tracked link or a question at the counter, so you know what the send produced.
How we work
Audit the list
How many real contacts, where they came from, and which of them consented to be approached.
Choose the channel
By handset, by habit and by message. Most lists justify one channel rather than three.
Test send
A small sample before the full send, to check delivery, rendering and the link.
Send and account for it
Delivery, unsubscribes and attributed sales, set against what the operation actually cost.
Is this the right fit for you?
This is for you if
- You hold a customer or prospect list that was built honestly.
- You have a specific, dated offer to announce rather than a brand message.
- You sell to businesses that are hard to reach online.
This is not for you if
- You have no list. This is not the channel that will give you one.
- You want to buy a database of numbers. We do not work that way.
- You are after recognition. Direct marketing speaks to people who already know you.
What we commit to
No bought lists
We neither buy them nor use them. That is a condition of working together, not a preference.
Unsubscribing works
A contact who asks to be removed is removed, and does not reappear on the next send.
The list stays yours
It lives with you, exportable at any moment, with no condition attached to leaving.
What direct marketing is really worth in Algeria
The phone is the dominant point of access in the Algerian market, and a substantial share of a local shop or service’s customers follow no brand page at all. For those contacts a direct message is the only way to say an offer exists this week — no advertisement will reach them, because they do not spend their time where it is sold.
Business-to-business selling here is still largely a matter of relationship and referral. Many suppliers, workshops and distributors have neither a site nor a usable social presence, and are reached by telephone or by turning up. That is a constraint on online advertising and an advantage for direct marketing.
Law 18-07 governs unsolicited approaches and the retention of personal data. In practice that means three things: knowing where each contact came from, being able to show they consented, and removing someone when they ask. We work that way by default, including where nobody is checking.
Frequently asked questions
Can you supply us with a list of contacts?
No. We do not buy lists and we do not use them. A bought database converts badly, burns your sender reputation and puts you in difficulty under Law 18-07. What we will do is help you build your own, which is slower and far more durable.
Which channel should we choose — SMS, Viber or Telegram?
SMS reaches everyone, including basic handsets with no connection, but is charged per message and carries only short text. Viber and Telegram cost less per message and allow images and links, but reach only the people who use them. We look at your list before deciding, and often the answer is one channel.
How many messages can we send before people tire of it?
Far fewer than people assume. One message a month with a real reason produces more than one a week with nothing new, and the difference shows up in unsubscribes. We would rather announce less often and be read.
Do we need written consent from contacts?
You need to be able to say where the contact came from and that they agreed to be approached — a box ticked at checkout, a form, a sign-up in store. What matters is the record and the fact that removal genuinely works.
Is field prospecting still worthwhile?
For selling to businesses in Algeria, often yes. A supplier with no site and no page is reached by turning up, and one prepared visit wins a meeting where ten emails go unanswered. It is expensive in time, which confines it to high-value sales.
What happens if we change agency?
Your list, your consent records and your history stay with you and are exportable at any time. We do not host your database as a condition of the work, and there is no exit fee.
How to start
The starting point is always the list: how many real contacts you hold, where they came from, and which of them agreed to be approached.
We look at that with you and tell you plainly whether a direct channel is worth anything in your case, or whether your budget would work harder elsewhere.

Which messaging channel, and what each one imposes
The channel decides the rules, the deadlines and what you are allowed to send. What to know before choosing where to reply.Approaching twenty named businesses: the method without advertising
