Email marketing
The only channel whose audience you own — useful when you have customers who come back, useless when you do not have any yet.
Email is the only channel where your audience genuinely belongs to you. A platform can change its algorithm, restrict your reach or suspend your account; a list of consenting contacts keeps working regardless, and moves with you if you change tools.
It is also the easiest channel to misuse. A bought list, an unsolicited send or an excessive frequency produce unsubscribes, complaints, and eventually messages that stop arriving at all — sender reputation is an asset that is destroyed quickly and repaired slowly.
The question that decides whether it is worth it is simple: do your customers come back? A shop with repeat purchases, a school with intakes, a service with renewals: yes. A once-in-a-lifetime purchase such as a house move or major surgery: very rarely.
So we build few things, but things that hold: honest collection, a handful of automated sequences triggered by real behaviour, and a sending rhythm that does not fatigue people. The rest is usually volume that damages the list.
What we usually find
- You have hundreds of customer contacts and you never write to them.
- Your emails land in spam for your own customers.
- You bought a list, and it produced nothing but complaints.
- Your customers buy once and you have no way of bringing them back.
What changes
An audience that belongs to you
A list you take with you if you change tools, and that no platform can take away.
Repeat sales
Existing customers returning, which costs far less than acquiring new ones.
Sequences that run themselves
A few automations triggered by real behaviour keep producing without monthly intervention.
What you get
Consented collection
Honest forms and collection points, with a clear reason to subscribe.
Technical setup
Domain authentication and sending configuration, without which your messages end up in spam.
Automated sequences
Welcome, abandoned basket, post-purchase follow-up: triggered by behaviour, not by a date.
Segmentation
Different messages depending on what somebody has already bought or looked at.
Writing the sends
Written to be opened and read, in French or Arabic according to your audience.
Unsubscribe tracking
Watched as a fatigue indicator, because it signals a problem before sales do.
How we work
Check it is worth it
Do your customers come back? If the answer is no, we say so and go no further.
Clean the base
Contact cleanup, removal of anything not consented to, and technical configuration of your domain.
Set up collection
One clear subscription point, with a real reason to join rather than a pre-ticked box.
Build two or three sequences
The ones that produce most for your business, rather than ten automations nobody watches.
Send and observe
A regular, moderate rhythm, adjusted on unsubscribes as much as on sales.
Is this the right fit for you?
This is for you if
- Your customers buy several times, or renew.
- You already have a contact base obtained honestly.
- You sell online, or you can track what a send triggers.
This is not for you if
- You want to buy a list. We refuse: it destroys your sender reputation.
- Your customers buy once in their lives. The effort is misplaced.
- You have no customers yet. Start with acquisition.
What we commit to
No bought lists
We only send to contacts who consented. A bought list lastingly damages your ability to deliver messages at all.
The list belongs to you
Exportable at any time in a standard format, without asking us and at no charge.
We will tell you if this is not for you
When your customers only buy once, we say so rather than build a channel that will produce nothing.
Email in the Algerian context
Email use is lower here than in other markets, and instant messaging occupies much of the space. That does not make the channel useless, but it changes its role: it works better with business customers, or for after-sales follow-up, than as a first point of contact.
The practical consequence is that a list builds slowly and is worth what its quality is worth. A few hundred real customers who open produce more than several thousand addresses collected for no reason, and cost less to maintain.
For many businesses, a broadcast list on an instant messaging app is a more effective complement than email alone. We say so when that is the case, including when it reduces the service we are selling you.
Frequently asked questions
Can we buy a contact list?
No, and we will refuse to. Beyond the legal question, it is the fastest way to have your messages classified as spam permanently — including the ones meant for your real customers.
How often should we write?
Less often than most advice suggests. The right rhythm is the one with something to say; an empty send fatigues the list and is paid for in unsubscribes.
Why do our messages land in spam?
Almost always because of missing technical configuration on your domain, sometimes because of a badly obtained list. We check both before any send.
Which tool should we use?
The one matching your volume and budget, and from which you can export your data. We help you choose rather than imposing a platform.
Should we write in Arabic?
It depends on your audience. For business customers French often dominates; for a consumer audience Arabic can open more. We test rather than assume.
Does this really work in Algeria?
For repeat sales and customer follow-up, yes, provided you do not expect the volume of an acquisition channel. We will tell you plainly if your business does not suit it.
How to start
Tell us how many customer contacts you have, how they were obtained, and whether your customers buy more than once.
We come back with a frank answer on whether the channel is worth it for you, the technical state of your domain, and the two or three sequences we would set up first.
