SEO
Appearing in search results without paying for every click — technical, editorial and local work, on an honest timeline.
Search optimisation is about earning a position rather than buying one. It is slower than advertising and it becomes far cheaper per customer, because a well-positioned page keeps working in the month you spend nothing.
The work divides into three parts that fail separately. Technical: your site has to be fast, readable by a search engine and properly structured. Editorial: you need pages that genuinely answer the searches. And local: for an Algerian business, the business listing and proximity signals often weigh more than everything else combined.
We always start with an audit, and it regularly concludes that the answer is something other than SEO. A site that is too slow, a structure preventing indexing, or an invisible offer are problems to fix before writing anything.
We state the timeline before selling: three to six months for the first serious movement, longer in a contested market. Any faster promise describes either an uncontested query or a method that will get you penalised.
What we usually find
- You only appear on Google when you are paying to appear.
- Your site is slow, and you did not know that counted for ranking.
- Your business listing is incomplete, or does not exist.
- A competitor who is worse than you consistently appears above you.
What changes
Positions that stay
Visibility that still exists in the month you switch advertising off, unlike anything you buy.
A falling cost per customer
Search traffic is not paid per click, so its unit cost falls as volume rises.
A site in better condition
Much of the technical work also improves speed and conversion, for all your channels at once.
What you get
Technical audit
Speed, indexing, structure, structured data and the errors that prevent ranking.
Query research
What your customers actually type, across all three languages, including phrasings your industry does not use.
Landing pages
One page per real intent, rather than a home page expected to answer everything.
Local search
Business listing, consistency of contact details and proximity signals — often decisive here.
Written content
Written from interviews with you, in French and Arabic according to what the research shows.
Tracking positions and enquiries
What rises, what pays, and what rises without paying — three different things.
How we work
Audit
Technical state, existing content, real competition, and what is blocking you today.
Fix the foundation
Speed, structure and indexing first. Writing on a site that cannot rank is wasted spend.
Cover the intents
The pages that are missing, written in order of proximity to purchase.
Strengthen local
Business listing, information consistency and reviews, handled as a piece of work in their own right.
Measure and iterate
Monthly tracking of positions and above all enquiries, with updates to what already works.
Is this the right fit for you?
This is for you if
- Your customers search for what you sell, using words you can identify.
- Your site is recent or salvageable, and you will let us change it.
- You can wait three to six months before judging.
This is not for you if
- You want results next month. Take advertising, alongside this if you like.
- Your site is too old to be corrected. It needs replacing first, and we will say so.
- Nobody searches for your product because it is too new. Introduce it elsewhere first.
What we commit to
No risky techniques
No bought links, no mass-generated content. Something that works for six months and then gets a site penalised is not a service.
The timeline before the sale
Three to six months stated before starting, and we would rather lose the contract than promise faster.
Positions are not the report
We report enquiries generated. A position on a query nobody types is not a result.
Search in Algeria
Local search often weighs more than everything else. A complete, consistent business listing — hours, address, phone, photographs, reviews — frequently produces more calls than months of editorial work, at a fraction of the cost. We start there when that is your situation.
Searching happens in several languages, often mixed, sometimes in Latin characters for Arabic words. A strategy built only on French queries misses significant volume, and that is all the more wasteful because those queries are less contested.
Editorial competition remains thin on many local subjects. A page that properly answers a specific question often ranks with less effort than elsewhere — but that window closes sector by sector, and the advantage goes to whoever starts now.
Frequently asked questions
Do you guarantee first position?
No, and nobody honestly can. We guarantee a method, documented work, and a report that separates what is climbing from what is paying.
How long before results?
Three to six months for serious movement, longer in a competitive market. Local search can produce a faster effect, and it is often where we start.
Does the site need rebuilding?
Sometimes. We will tell you after the audit, with a cost estimate, rather than endlessly optimising a foundation that cannot rank.
Do you buy links?
No. It is a technique that produces a short effect and a lasting risk. We would rather explain why we refuse than expose you without saying so.
Does search work in Arabic?
Yes, and often better, because competition there is thinner. It requires genuinely writing in Arabic: machine translation is spotted and ranks badly.
Does this have to continue indefinitely?
No. Once the foundations are done and the main pages are positioned, the effort reduces to updates. We will say so rather than bill a permanent retainer out of habit.
How to start
Send us your website address and read access to your analytics and your business listing if you have one.
We come back with the audit: what is blocking you technically, the real queries that concern you, what your competitors are doing, and the order in which we would work.
