Support & maintenance

Somebody to call, hardware bought at a fair price and repaired when repair is the right call — with a stated response time.

This family covers what happens after installation: somebody answers when a machine stops, hardware is bought without nasty surprises, and a fault is repaired when repair is the right call.

What changes everything in Algeria is not skill, it is the part. A component that has to be imported takes a workstation out for weeks, and that shifts the rational decision: keeping a spare machine often costs less than waiting.

We bill hardware at cost plus a stated margin, and we tell you when buying elsewhere is cheaper. An agency that makes its living on resale always ends up recommending whatever is in its own stock.

Finally, support is only useful if it is predictable. We state a response time per type of fault rather than a general promise of responsiveness, because that is the only undertaking a client can actually check.

What we usually find

  • When everything stops, you ring a personal number and hope.
  • Nobody knows how many machines you have, or what warranty they carry.
  • You were sold hardware far bigger than the job, or far smaller.
  • A broken machine has been waiting three weeks for a part nobody ordered.

What changes

  • A response time you can check

A stated pickup time per type of fault, and a record of what was met. Without one, responsiveness is only an adjective.

  • A known estate

An inventory of machines, ages, warranties and licences. That is what turns the year’s purchases into decisions rather than emergencies.

  • A readable invoice

The purchase price of the hardware, the margin, and the time spent. You know what you are paying and why.

What you get

  • Remote and on-site cover

Remote where it is faster, on site where hands are needed. The choice follows the fault rather than the contract.

  • Estate inventory

Machines, servers, peripherals, ages, warranties and licences, kept current and handed to you.

  • Reasoned purchasing advice

What to buy for the real use, what not to pay for, and what is available locally without an import delay.

  • Supply at a stated price

Cost plus a stated margin. You can buy elsewhere and give us only the installation.

  • Repair when it is worth it

Diagnosis, part availability, and a costed choice between repair and replacement before any money is committed.

  • Standby machines

One or two machines ready and configured, so one broken workstation stops being one person stopped.

Is this the right fit for you?

This is for you if

  • You run between five and two hundred machines with nobody full-time on them.
  • You want a named contact rather than a colleague’s cousin.
  • You buy hardware regularly and want to know what you are paying.

This is not for you if

  • You already have a complete in-house team. Then we step in occasionally, not on contract.
  • You only want the lowest price on hardware. A pure reseller will be cheaper.
  • You want one isolated fix and nothing else changed. We will do it, but the problem will come back.

What we commit to

  • The response time is written down

Per type of fault, with what is covered and what is not. A contract promising “a fast response” promises nothing.

  • The hardware margin is visible

Purchase price and margin appear on the quote. Buying elsewhere stays an option we do not penalise.

  • We repair when repair is justified

And we say so when it is not. A diagnosis that always concludes replacement is not a diagnosis.

What a fault really costs in Algeria

The import delay on a part is the variable that decides almost everything. A server power supply ordered abroad comes back in three to six weeks, and the business runs degraded throughout. So we cost faults in days of downtime and not only in dinars of parts.

The practical consequence is counter-intuitive: two identical mid-range machines often beat one very powerful one. The second acts as living spare parts, and a replacement takes an hour instead of a month.

Finally, a manufacturer warranty often turns out to be unusable locally for want of an approved centre. We check that at purchase, because a three-year warranty that assumes a return abroad is not a usable warranty.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work without a contract?

Yes, on demand and billed for time spent. A contract mainly buys a guaranteed response time and a lower rate; it is not a condition of access.

How quickly do you respond?

Remote work starts within the working day in most cases; a site visit depends on the wilaya and on the fault. We state both times in writing before signature, never after.

Repair or replace?

We cost both — part and labour against new hardware — including days of downtime. Past five years the answer is often replacement, but not always.

Can you take over a poorly documented estate?

That is the most common case. We begin with the inventory and with recovering credentials: thankless work that makes everything else possible.

Do you supply the hardware yourselves?

Yes, at cost plus a stated margin. And we tell you when buying locally and directly will cost you less.

Do you train our staff?

On everyday tasks, yes, and it is what brings the number of calls down. Part of our work consists of making part of our work unnecessary.

How to start

Send us the number of machines, roughly how old they are, and the last fault that cost you a day.

We come back with what an inventory would reveal, the response times we can hold to at your site, and the cost of a contract against on-demand work.
