Restaurants & hospitality

A trade where the business listing and the reviews decide more than everything else, and where an honest photograph beats a beautiful one.

In hospitality, most of the decision is made before the customer has seen you. They search for somewhere nearby, look at the rating, two or three photographs and the latest reviews, and choose within a minute. Your business listing therefore does more work than your social page and your website combined.

The second reality is that reviews cannot be deleted, but they can be diluted. One bad review among forty recent ones weighs almost nothing; the same one alone at the top of an empty listing decides. Asking satisfied customers for reviews is the most profitable and least practised lever in the sector.

The third is the photograph. An over-retouched image produces disappointment on arrival, and disappointment is paid for in reviews. A properly taken picture of the dish actually served convinces better and creates no gap between expectation and reality.

So our work is to put the listing in order, install a review collection that runs itself, and produce honest visual material in batches rather than one session a year.

What we usually find

  • Your listing shows the wrong hours and two photographs from the opening.
  • A negative review has sat at the top for months and nobody has answered it.
  • Your satisfied customers never leave reviews; the unhappy ones always do.
  • Your photographs do not look like what arrives on the plate.

What changes

  • A listing that works

Accurate hours, recent photographs and reviews that get answered: what decides most nearby visits.

  • A protective volume of reviews

Recent, numerous reviews put an isolated incident back in proportion, which is the only honest mechanism.

  • Continuous visual material

Photographs and video produced regularly, because one session a year does not sustain a feed.

What you get

  • A completed business listing

Real hours, menu, services, recent photographs and a location verified on the map.

  • Review collection

A simple route for asking at the right moment, without buying or fabricating anything.

  • Replies to reviews

Every criticism, quickly, in the language of the review, and the positive ones regularly.

  • Regular content

Photographs and short video produced in batches, to sustain a presence without relying on inspiration.

  • Local advertising

Targeted on your real catchment area, because beyond it the spend produces nothing.

How we work

  1. Put the listing in order

Almost always the most profitable action, and it costs nothing but care.

  2. Answer what is there

Working through waiting reviews, starting with the most visible.

  3. Open collection

A review request built into the service, at the moment the customer is happy.

  4. Produce material

One session covering several weeks, rather than photographs snapped in a hurry.

  5. Advertise locally

Spend concentrated on the area your customers genuinely come from.

Is this the right fit for you?

This is for you if

  • You have premises with a local customer base.
  • You accept asking satisfied customers for reviews.
  • You can keep displayed hours accurate and update them.

This is not for you if

  • You want reviews deleted. That is not reliably possible and we will not sell it.
  • You cannot keep your hours current. A wrong listing does more harm than no listing.
  • The problem the reviews point at is real and will not be fixed. Communication will not hide it.

What we commit to

  • No fabricated reviews

We ask for reviews, we do not produce them. The difference is visible and it decides trust.

  • Photographs that look like the dish

We do not retouch to the point of creating a gap between image and plate. Disappointment is paid for in reviews.

  • The listing before the advertising

Paying to bring people to an empty listing is wasted spend. We start by putting it right.

What decides the choice of a restaurant in Algeria?

Searching is local and immediate: a dish, a neighbourhood, an hour. The business listing captures that intent better than any other surface, and it is where most nearby visits are decided — often without the customer ever opening your social page.

Map location is an underestimated point. Many establishments are mislocated, which sends customers elsewhere without leaving any trace. Checking the exact point and the route is often worth more than a month of advertising.

Finally, messaging extends the listing: bookings, availability, questions about the menu. A place that replies within minutes converts markedly better than a better-rated one that replies the next day.

Frequently asked questions

Can a bad review be deleted?

No, except on a clear breach of platform rules. The right answer is to reply calmly and dilute with recent volume.

How do we get more reviews?

By asking at the right moment, simply, once. Most happy customers do not think of it; unhappy ones think of it unprompted.

Do we need a website?

Less urgent than a listing in good order. A site becomes useful for the menu, bookings and events, once the listing is handled.

Is advertising worth it?

On a narrow area, yes, particularly for an opening or something new. Running beyond your catchment spends without producing.

Should we show menu prices?

Yes. It is one of the first things a customer looks for, and its absence drives away people who would have come.

What about an unfair review?

Reply once, factually, without argument. A measured answer to excessive criticism often convinces better than an absence of incidents.

How to start

Send us the link to your listing and tell us where most of your customers come from.

We come back with what the listing is missing, what your reviews actually say, and the collection route we would put in place.
