Online reputation management
Watching what is said, replying properly, and fixing the cause — because nobody can make an honest review disappear.
Let us start with what is not possible, because it is what people come to ask for: we do not make reviews disappear. Nobody can do that reliably and lastingly, and suppliers who promise it are selling either an illusion or a manoeuvre that turns against you when it is discovered.
What is possible is more useful. Watching what is said about you, somewhere you will see it. Replying publicly, properly and quickly. Fixing the cause when a review says something true. And giving your satisfied customers a reason and a way to write, which almost nobody does.
That last point is the only genuinely powerful lever. One negative review among thirty recent, detailed ones does almost no damage; the same review alone at the top of an empty listing decides the sale. Reputation is built through volume and freshness, not through deletion.
The reply matters as much as the review. An unhappy customer answered calmly, publicly, with a next step offered, convinces later readers more than an absence of incidents would. It is the one occasion where a problem becomes proof.
What we usually find
- A negative review has sat at the top of your listing for months.
- You discover what is said about you by chance, when a customer mentions it.
- Your satisfied customers never leave reviews; your angry ones always do.
- You reply in the heat of the moment, or you do not reply at all.
What changes
Volume that dilutes
Recent, numerous reviews that put an isolated incident back in proportion — the only reliable mechanism.
Replies that reassure
A reader who sees a calm answer to a criticism forms a better impression than they would from no incident at all.
An alert instead of a discovery
You learn what is said when it is said, not three months later from a hesitating customer.

How we work
Survey

Fix the cause
What the reviews repeat is passed back to you. A service problem is not solved by communication.
Is this the right fit for you?
This is for you if
- Your customers check reviews before coming: hospitality, healthcare, retail, services.
- You are willing to fix what the reviews genuinely point at.
- Somebody can approve a reply quickly when it matters.
This is not for you if
- You want reviews deleted. We do not do that and nobody should promise it.
- You want to buy fake reviews. That is a legal and commercial risk, and we will refuse.
- The problem is real and you do not intend to fix it. No reply will compensate for long.
What we commit to
No fake reviews, ever
We neither produce nor buy reviews. Being found out destroys more trust than the original incident did.
We do not promise deletion
An abusive review can be reported, with an uncertain outcome. We present it that way, never as a service.
The cause comes back to you
When reviews say the same thing, we tell you plainly — including when the answer lies inside your organisation.
Online reputation in Algeria
A significant share of reputation does not live on review platforms but in neighbourhood, wilaya or trade groups, where a recommendation or a complaint travels fast and is only visible from inside. Monitoring that watches only public listings misses most of the signal.
The business listing nonetheless remains decisive for any local business: it is the first result somebody searching your name sees, and often the only one they will read. A complete listing, with recent photographs and reviews that have been answered, makes a measurable difference to calls received.
Finally, the language of replies matters. Answering in French a review written in Arabic or in dialect reads as distance, sometimes as contempt. We reply in the language of the review, which sounds obvious and is rarely done.
Frequently asked questions
Can you delete a negative review?
No. A review breaching a platform’s rules can be reported, with an uncertain and often negative outcome. Any supplier guaranteeing deletion is selling you something they do not control.
Should we reply to every review?
To the negative ones, always. To the positive ones, regularly, because it shows somebody is reading. A late reply beats none, but is markedly worse than a fast one.
How do we get more reviews?
By asking, at the right moment, simply. Most satisfied customers do not think of it; angry ones think of it unprompted. Correcting that imbalance is the main lever.
Can we buy reviews?
Technically yes, and it is a bad idea we refuse. Platforms detect them, readers often spot them, and being found out costs more than the incident they were meant to hide.
What do we do about a dishonest review?
Reply factually and publicly, without argument, then report it if platform rules are breached. A measured answer to a false accusation is often more convincing than a deletion.
How long does it take to recover a rating?
It depends on existing volume: a rating built on ten reviews moves quickly, one built on three hundred slowly. We give you the order of magnitude before starting.
How to start
Send us the exact name of your business and the links to your listings and pages.
We come back with what a customer sees today when searching your name, what your negative reviews actually say, and the three things we would do first.
What we have written on this subject
Online reputation: five places, and you watch one
What gets written about you is spread across five surfaces. Most businesses monitor one, and it is almost never the one that decides. The week of an incident: what to do hour by hour
An incident is handled in time, not by channel. The first hour, the holding line, the third day, and what actually changes afterwards.Your Google listing: what anybody can change about you
Your business listing is a public record. Strangers can change its opening hours, answer questions on it, and add photographs to it.The arithmetic of a rating: why volume is the only lever
A one-star review is a catastrophe at twelve reviews and a footnote at two hundred. What that implies, and what to do instead of panicking.Somebody is using your name: what to do, in order
A page, a shop or a product carries your mark. What follows depends entirely on the first three decisions. The variation: writing the change on the day it happens
Almost every site dispute begins with a sentence said in a doorway that nobody wrote down.
