Development

Website design & development

A site that is fast on an Algerian phone, that you own outright, and that any developer can take over without coming back to us.

A website is not a brochure: it is a tool that has to produce enquiries. So we design it from what you want it to trigger — a call, a form, an order — and the rest of the decisions follow from that.

The technical constraint we put first is speed on mobile over variable 4G, because that is your visitors’ real access condition. A beautiful site that takes eight seconds to appear loses half its audience before they have seen anything.

You receive the source code, the access and the documentation on delivery. You can hand the work to anyone; that is deliberate, and it is what obliges us to build something another developer can pick up.

We build fewer pages than we are usually asked for. A six-page site kept up to date converts better than a thirty-page site where twenty-five have not been touched since launch, and it costs less to keep alive. The question is not what could be added, but what it takes for a visitor to act.

What we usually find

  • Your site takes several seconds to appear on a phone away from the office wifi.
  • You cannot change a price or a photograph without emailing someone.
  • Visitors arrive, read, and leave without leaving any trace behind.
  • Nobody knows where the site and the domain name are hosted.

What changes

  • Enquiries you can count

Every page has an objective and a way of knowing whether it was met. The site stops being an expense and becomes a measurable channel.

  • Fast where your visitors are

Tested on a modest device and a real mobile connection, not on the office fibre where everything looks instant.

  • Self-sufficient day to day

Copy, photographs, prices and articles change from an interface — no invoice, no waiting, and no us.

What you get

  • Conversion-led design

Each page has one objective and an obvious path to reaching it.

  • Measured performance

Tested on a modest device and network, not on the office fibre.

  • Editable content

You change your text, photographs and prices without calling us.

  • Search foundations

Structure, headings, metadata and structured data correct from day one.

  • Accessibility

Contrast, keyboard navigation and labels a screen reader can announce.

  • Bilingual where needed

French, Arabic and English, with a layout that flips right to left properly.

  • Sources delivered

Code, access, documentation. Nothing stays with us.

How we work

  1. Scoping

What the site must produce, for whom, and which pages genuinely achieve that.

  2. Structure and design

Site tree, then designs approved before a line of code is written.

  3. Development

Built on a staging environment you can look at any time.

  4. Content and checks

Your copy and photographs go in, then testing on real phones and a degraded connection.

  5. Launch and handover

Publication, verification, then transfer of access and sources.

Is this the right fit for you?

This is for you if

  • You want the site to produce enquiries, not merely to exist.
  • You have, or can gather, the content: copy, photographs, prices.
  • You want to be able to update what changes often, yourself.
  • You would rather have six pages kept current than thirty abandoned.

This is not for you if

  • All your sales come from messaging and it works. A site can wait.
  • You want a site in a week with no content ready. Content is the limiting factor, not code.
  • You are looking for the lowest price. A bought template filled in will be cheaper, and sometimes that is the right call.
  • You need a full shop with payment and stock. That is e-commerce development.

What we commit to

  • Domain and hosting in your name

Created on your accounts, with your access. A site you cannot move is not a site you own.

  • Tested on real hardware

Not only in a browser simulator: on entry-level phones and an ordinary mobile connection.

  • No exit fee

Sources and access are transferred without conditions and without an invoice on the day you ask.

In Algeria, specifically

A majority of your visitors arrive on a phone, often on irregular 4G and on a device that is not new. That is the context we take as our reference, which rules out from the start the heavy builds that only render properly on a good connection.

Bilingualism is structural: many sites have to exist in at least French and Arabic, with a layout that flips right to left. Handled at design time it costs almost nothing; added afterwards it means revisiting every page.

Traffic is heavily concentrated on social platforms. A site therefore has to behave well when opened inside a social app’s in-built browser, which is a different technical context from an ordinary browser — and one of the places a site tested only on a desktop breaks silently.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a brochure site take?

Development is rarely the limiting factor. The real timeline depends mostly on your content and your approvals, and we will tell you which of the two is holding the project up.

Can I edit the site myself afterwards?

Yes, for content: text, images, prices, articles. Structural changes need a developer, ours or yours.

Do I need a website if I already have an active Facebook page?

Not always. If all your sales come through messaging and that works, a site can wait. It becomes necessary when you want to be found by people who do not know you yet, or to own your customer data.

What happens if we stop working together?

You keep everything and the site keeps working. We transfer the access with no conditions and no exit fee.

Who writes the copy?

You, us, or both. The most effective route is an interview where you explain your trade and we write afterwards — you know the substance, we know what makes a visitor act.

Does a site need rebuilding every three years?

No. A well-built site ages on its content, not its technology. A rebuild is warranted when the structure prevents what you want to do, not because the design is three years old.

How to start

Tell us what the site has to trigger — a call, a quote, an order — and who it is for. If a site exists, send its address.

We come back with the smallest structure that answers that need, the list of content we will need from you, and a firm estimate. What we propose is almost always smaller than what was asked for.
