Four monthly retainers
You choose the level of support, we bring the customers. Four cumulative retainers, a three-month minimum, and a lower monthly rate the longer you commit.
Our four retainers are cumulative: each contains the one below it and adds a capability. You do not pay four times for the same thing, and you can move up a step without starting again or dismantling what already works.
The price shown is a monthly fee, excluding advertising budget. That distinction matters: what you pay us buys work, what you pay the platforms buys audience. Both sit in your budget; only one sits on our invoice.
Three months is the minimum, because below that there is nothing to measure: the first month sets things up and learns, the second corrects, and the third is the first that resembles a steady state. Committing for longer reduces the monthly fee — by 10% at six months and 20% at twelve — and adds deliverables on top: an e-commerce site and payment integration at six months; branding, brand protection, IT support and a monthly audit at twelve.
What we mean by "bringing customers" has a precise definition: qualified enquiries you can trace back to a campaign, at a cost per enquiry you know. An impression is not a customer, a view is not a customer, and a report that only discusses reach is a report avoiding the question.
Finally, nothing obliges you to take a retainer at all. A website, an IT audit, a visual identity, a network installation — all of these work perfectly well as one-off projects, and a good share of our clients start there before any subscription is discussed.
What we usually find
- You pay for advertising every month and cannot say what it returns.
- Your sales stop the day you stop posting.
- You have a website nobody finds and a Facebook page everybody finds.
- You get plenty of messages, and very few of them become customers.
- You have changed supplier twice, and everything was rebuilt from scratch each time.
- Nobody in your business can say what a new customer actually costs.
What changes
A known cost per customer
You know what you spend to get one enquiry, channel by channel. That number becomes the basis of every decision that follows, including the decision to stop.
A channel you can open up
Once a channel is profitable and measured, raising the budget stops being a gamble. That is the only moment when spending more is a good idea.
Assets that stay yours
Ad accounts, website, content, customer data: all created in your name, and all of it follows you the day you leave.
One decision a month
The report ends with what we are changing and why, not with a table of numbers left for you to interpret.

Is this the right fit for you?
This is for you if
- You have a product or service that already sells, at least a little, and you want to sell more of it.
- You can handle the enquiries we send: answer, call back, deliver.
- You are willing to look at numbers every month, including the bad ones.
- You are looking for a partner for at least a quarter, not a one-month campaign.
This is not for you if
- You expect results in a fortnight. The first month installs and learns; it does not return.
- Your total budget, advertising included, is below the price of the lowest retainer. We will say so before signing.
- You want someone to execute instructions already written. Arguing about the plan is part of the service; skipping it is not an option.
- Your offer is not ready: no settled price, no stock, nobody to answer the phone.

What we commit to
Your accounts are yours
Ad accounts, domain name, hosting, social pages: created in your name, with your administrator access, from day one.
No exit fee
You leave at the end of the committed period, without penalty, with all the access, the source files and the data.
A report every month
Including a mediocre month. A report that only arrives when the numbers are good is not a report, it is marketing.
An opinion, even when it costs us the sale
If the retainer you are asking for exceeds what you need, we point you at the one below it and put that in writing.
What these prices mean in Algeria
The Algerian market for digital services runs from freelancers at a few thousand dinars a month to subsidiaries of international agencies billing in foreign currency. We sit in the middle, deliberately: expensive enough to fund a salaried team that answers, accessible enough that an Algerian SME can commit without weighing it against a salary.
Billing is in dinars, with an invoice and VAT. That is not an administrative detail: an expense you cannot invoice does not enter your accounts, and therefore costs you more than it appears to.
The advertising platforms, by contrast, bill in foreign currency and require a card that they accept. It is the most common point of friction when starting out in Algeria, and we deal with it during scoping rather than at the moment of the first declined payment.
Frequently asked questions
What does committing for longer actually buy?
Two things, and the second weighs more than the first. The monthly fee falls by 10% at six months and 20% at twelve. And the commitment earns deliverables you keep: at six months, a professional e-commerce site and CIB / Edahabia payment integration; at twelve, those plus complete branding, registration and protection of your brand in Algeria, IT consulting and support, and a monthly audit report. These are the same on all four packages — it is the length that unlocks them, not the level.
Can I change retainer mid-way?
Yes, upwards at any time, pro-rated for the current month. Downwards at the end of the committed period, so that a reduction does not cut across work already started.
Is the advertising budget included?
No, never. It goes directly to the platforms, on your own payment method where possible — which is exactly what guarantees you ownership of the accounts and access to their history.
What advertising budget should I plan for?
It depends on your sector, your area, and what a customer is worth to you. We give an argued range after the free audit, before any commitment, and we would rather tell you it is out of reach than let you find out by trying.
What happens if I stop?
You take everything: ad accounts, access, source files, passwords, data exports. Nothing with your name on it stays with us, and the handover is not billed.
What if none of them fit?
Say so. A good share of our work happens outside a retainer: a website on its own, an IT audit, a visual identity, a network to install. We also assemble custom retainers from the service catalogue.
Will you work alongside my current agency?
Yes, regularly, and it goes well when responsibilities are written down on both sides. All we ask is to know who decides what, so that a dip in performance does not turn into an argument between suppliers.
Do you bill on performance?
No. Performance pricing forces you to work only on what measures quickly, which rules out search, rebuilding a website, and everything that pays off in the second quarter. We prefer a fixed fee and honest numbers.
How to start
Start with the free audit. It takes about thirty minutes of your time: read access to your accounts, your last three months of figures if you have them, and what you sell to whom.
You get back a written document — what works, what leaks, what it costs to leave it alone — and a recommended retainer, including "none of them" when that is the honest answer. Nothing is committed at that stage.
