Infrastructure
IT consulting & support
Network, servers, backups, telephony, cameras and security — the things that have to work every day, and are only noticed when they fail.
This is the least visible part of our work and the most expensive when it is missing. An unstable connection, a backup nobody ever tested, a firewall left on factory settings — none of them get noticed, until the day they stop the business.
We work on site in Algeria and remotely depending on the nature of the problem. We also supply hardware, billed at cost plus a stated margin: you know what you are paying, and you are free to buy elsewhere.
The services below fall into four families — infrastructure and cloud, support and maintenance, network and connectivity, security and surveillance — preceded by the audit, which is almost always the right way in. You do not need to know which family your fault belongs to: working that out is what the audit is for.
Our working principle here is simple: risk before comfort. A business with no restorable backup does not need a faster network, it needs a backup. So we deal with things in that order, even when the original request was about something else.
We document everything we install: network diagram, hardware inventory, access list, restore procedure. That is what lets you change supplier without starting again from discovery, and it is also what forces us to make installations we can defend.
What we usually find
- Your backup runs, and nobody has ever tried to restore from it.
- The router password belongs to a technician who left two years ago.
- The Wi-Fi drops when the place is busy, which is exactly when it needs to hold.
- You have no diagram of your network, and the last person who knew it is gone.
What changes
A proven restore
Not a backup that runs: a restore actually tested, at regular intervals, with the time it takes measured.
Documented infrastructure
Diagram, inventory, access and procedures written down and handed over. You stop depending on one person’s memory.
Outages that last less
An incident on a documented installation is diagnosed in minutes rather than in half-days of exploration.

Is this the right fit for you?
This is for you if
- You have shared hardware, a network, and data you cannot lose.
- An interruption costs you money immediately.
- You would rather know what is fragile than find out during a failure.
This is not for you if
- Two of you work on laptops and online tools, with nothing shared.
- You want the cheapest hardware, with no regard for parts availability in Algeria.
- You want a recovery-time guarantee without a contract carrying it. It can be discussed, but it gets written down.
What we commit to
Backups are restored, not merely started
A backup never restored is an assumption. We test the restore and tell you how long it takes.
Hardware at cost, margin stated
You know what you are paying and you stay free to buy elsewhere. We will install it anyway.
Every credential stays with you
You hold the administrator credentials to your own infrastructure. We hold a copy, never exclusivity.
The real constraints on the ground in Algeria
Parts availability changes the design. Equipment whose replacement has to be imported takes the business out for weeks, which makes redundancy more worthwhile here than elsewhere. We account for that at purchase, not at failure.
Line quality varies sharply from one area to another, and a second backup line is not a luxury for an activity that stops without a connection. We look at what is actually available at your address rather than what a catalogue advertises.
Power matters as much as the network. Outages, brief drops and voltage variation damage hardware slowly and cause failures that get wrongly blamed on software. A properly sized UPS is often the most profitable investment in a server room.
Frequently asked questions
Do you handle emergencies?
Yes, with priority for Premier clients. For others it depends on current load, and we give you an honest estimate rather than a reassuring one.
Do I need a contract for one-off work?
No. A failure, an installation or an audit can be handled on request.
Do you test the backups?
Yes, by actually restoring them. A backup never restored is an assumption, not a backup.
Will you work with our in-house IT person?
Yes, and it is often the best arrangement. We ask that the split of responsibilities is written down, so that a failure does not become a discussion about who should have handled it.
Does everything have to be replaced?
Rarely. Most installations we audit have one or two genuine weak points and a lot of hardware that is still fine. We give you the list ordered by risk, and you decide what to deal with this year.
How to start
Start with the IT audit. It happens on site, takes half a day for a small organisation, and does not require stopping work.
You receive a written survey: what is fragile, what it would cost if it failed, and what we would deal with first. You can have that document executed by anyone you like, including somebody other than us.
