The distinction matters: nothing on this site — a service description, an indicative price, a stated lead time — constitutes a contractual commitment. The commitment arises from the signed quotation, and from that alone.

Access is free and open. Connection costs remain yours.

We endeavour to keep the site available, without guaranteeing continuous uptime. An interruption for maintenance, updates or technical reasons gives no right to compensation.

Permitted use

You agree not to attempt to access non-public parts of the site, not to disrupt its operation, and not to use automated means to harvest content at scale.

The forms are for genuine enquiries. Automated, repeated or manifestly abusive submissions may be blocked without notice.

Changes to these terms

An amendment has no retroactive effect on a contract already signed: work in progress remains governed by the terms of sale in force on the date it was signed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Algerian law. In the event of a dispute, and failing amicable resolution, jurisdiction lies with the competent Algerian courts.
