A well-installed network is recognisable by one thing: when something fails, you know where to look. A badly installed one is recognisable by the opposite — every incident starts with half a day spent working out how the cables connect.
The difference is almost never the hardware. It is the labelling: cables marked at both ends, a tidy rack, a current plan, and a diagram somebody else can read. It is the cheapest part of an installation and the first thing removed when a quote needs shrinking.
So we install while documenting, and we deliver the plan with the installation. That plan belongs to you and serves any technician after us, which is exactly the point: you are not obliged to call us back to understand your own building.
Maintenance follows the same logic. A network evolves — a desk added, a printer moved, a camera plugged in — and a plan that is not updated becomes useless within a year. We keep the document current at every intervention.

Installing a network in Algerian premises
The state of the building often decides the job. Missing conduits, solid walls, no suspended ceilings: routing cable frequently represents more work than the equipment itself, and estimating it properly means visiting rather than guessing from a drawing.
Power is handled at the same time. A network rack plugged into a socket shared with an air conditioner restarts on every current surge, and the symptom presents as an intermittent network problem nobody can reproduce.
Finally, hardware availability shapes the choice. Equipment whose replacement does not exist locally takes the installation out when it fails. We choose from what can be re-bought here rather than from what has the best specification sheet.
Frequently asked questions
Cable or Wi-Fi?
Both, each in its place. Wired for what is fixed and critical — workstations, till, cameras, access points — and Wi-Fi for what moves. Putting everything on Wi-Fi creates problems nobody can diagnose.
How long does an installation take?
It depends mostly on the building, not on the number of sockets. We visit before quoting, because an estimate made from a drawing is almost always wrong.
Can you take over an existing installation?
Often yes. We start by labelling and documenting it, which already resolves a share of incidents before anything is changed.
Should cameras be separated from the rest?
Yes, almost always. They consume bandwidth continuously and are a frequent way in. Separation costs little at installation and a great deal afterwards.
What happens when we add workstations?
If headroom was planned, it is a patch. If not, it is a building job. That is exactly why we plan headroom from the start.
Is the plan genuinely useful?
It is the most profitable part of the installation. It is invisible on day one and it halves the diagnosis time of every incident for ten years.
