The agency and our offers
The articles that are about us: what each tier decides, what it does not repair, and how we work.
The other five categories are about your problem. This one is about us, and it is the only place on the blog where we are the subject rather than the author.
The risk is obvious: an article a company writes about its own offers is a brochure until proven otherwise. The proof here is what each piece refuses. Every one of them ends on what we do not do at that level — a second channel we will not open, a page we decline to optimise, a build we will not start, a tier we tell you to step down from.
These articles do not describe what is included. The price and the scope live on the offer pages, where they update in one place; what is written here is the decision each level exists to settle, and that does not change when a price does.
You can read this category as a way of not buying the wrong thing from us. That is its most useful application, and it is what it was written for.

A budget split four ways learns nothing
Being everywhere on a small budget buys impressions and produces no knowledge. Why one properly funded channel beats four funded symbolically.Your side of it: what has to be true at your end for this level to produce anything
At this level the outcome is decided at your end more than at ours. Advertising is half an act, and you hold the other half.Traffic is not the problem; the page is
Acquisition cost and conversion rate multiply. A point gained on the page is worth the same as an equivalent discount on the click, costs less, and does not stop when the invoice does. When it works: what breaks next, and in what order
Growth breaks a business before it breaks a campaign. The constraint does not disappear, it moves — and never to where you are watching. The month renting gets more expensive than building
Past a certain volume, buying attention every month costs more than making the thing that receives it. How to spot that moment, and what breaks if you build too early. The decision queue: what the project is waiting on at your end, and what each wait costs in weeks
A project at this level almost never waits on code. It waits on a decision, a piece of data, or a photograph nobody has taken yet. What a named lead changes, and what it does not

A review that decides nothing is a report read aloud. The hour is the smallest of three parts, and the only one anybody prepares.
Frequently asked questions
Why believe a company writing about its own offers?
Do not believe the promises — read the refusals. Each article ends on what we decline to do at that level, including when the client asks for it and would pay. A brochure does not contain that section.
Do these articles replace the offer pages?
No, they answer a different question. The offer pages say what is included and at what price; these articles say which decision each level exists to settle, and why moving up a tier too early costs more than waiting.
Do these articles contain client figures?
None. We publish no client result, even anonymised: in a market this size, a sector and an order of magnitude are enough to identify the business. The figures quoted come from dated public sources, named under each chart.
