Auto Pièces Belkacem: a parts shop’s WhatsApp inbox, sorted by automation

Fourteen customer messages sorted, read and routed before your eyes, and three the machine will not handle alone, in an invented shop.

Auto Pièces Belkacem

An inbox that sorts itself, apart from three messages.

Fictional business: nothing you send here reaches anybody.

Auto Pièces Belkacem does not exist: not the shop in Sétif, not its customers, not their messages. We invented and built it to show what an auto-parts shop can hand over to automation: sorting the WhatsApp inbox, picking out the vehicle and the part asked for, sending each message to the right desk, and stopping in front of whatever has to stay in a person’s hands.

The screenshots on this page come from the demonstration itself and are retaken automatically after every change. No message is sent or stored, the names and numbers are invented, and nothing is sold or refunded.

Frequently asked questions

Is Auto Pièces Belkacem a real shop?

No. The shop, its customers, their messages and their numbers are invented for the demonstration. Sétif and the towns mentioned are real, and no vehicle is named by its manufacturer.

Are the messages read by artificial intelligence?

The fourteen messages in the queue are replayed, so every visit shows the same sorting. The message you write yourself, below the queue, is read live by a model and then forgotten.

Is anything sent or sold?

No. No message goes to a customer or to the shop, no price is given and no refund is made. The reset button returns the queue to where it started.

Can my business have the same automation?

Yes, built for it: its messages, its desks and its rules on what must go through a person. We do not resell this demonstration; we build the automation for your business.

Why are some messages never automated?

Because a firm price, a cancellation or a refund commits the shop or touches the customer’s money. A useful automation knows where to stop, and shows it.

How to start

Open the demonstration and run the queue: in under a minute you see fourteen messages sorted and the three the machine leaves to a person.

If your inbox is overflowing, write to us: we look together at what your customers write to you and at what would be worth automating first.
