Fictional group, products with no real brand, indicative prices, simulated orders and deliveries.
Qarmoud — “roof tile” in Algerian Arabic — is a building-materials group that does not exist. We invented it with four depots, in Baba Hassen, Bab Ezzouar, Oran and Sétif, a renovation workshop, crane trucks and partner tradespeople, and built the whole of it to show what an Algerian merchant can have: the online shop at the day’s prices, the tools that work out quantities, the trade counter, the sites, the depot and the management that sees all of it.
The screenshots below come from the demonstration itself and are retaken automatically after every change. Nothing in it is sold, delivered or paid for: the clients, orders, cards and references are fictional and already filled in, messages are shown instead of sent, and every visit writes to a sandbox that is cleared after a day.

Trying it in a few minutes
Prepare a job
Work out the tiles for a room or the bricks for a wall, reserve a lot of a single shade and order with the site’s constraints: the floor, the street’s width, the crane.
Cross to the client’s or the trade’s side
With the pill at the bottom of the screen, become the Khelifi family and follow the renovation of their flat, or Mehdi, who orders on his company’s account.
Go behind the counter
Switch to the sales assistant, the site manager, the depot or management: each space shows the same group from its own desk.
Or follow a guided tour
Three routes to choose from — the merchant, the showroom and the renovation — that switch roles for you.
Frequently asked questions
Is Qarmoud a real merchant?
No. The group, its depots, its team, its clients, its tradespeople, its prices and its company references are invented, and the faces are presented as fictional characters. The towns named are real, but no depot has an address or a telephone, and no product carries a real brand.
Can I order or pay for anything?
You can go to the end of every journey, but no truck leaves and no payment reaches a bank. The cards are demonstration cards, the printed documents are marked as specimens and the messages never leave the demonstration.
Do the calculators size a slab or a beam?
No. They give quantities and an indicative budget. Anything about a slab, a beam or a load-bearing wall shows the engineer’s note and is refused before any model is called.
Can a merchant have the same software?
Yes, built for it: its catalogue, its depots, its prices, its trucks, its trade accounts and its sites. We do not sell this demonstration as it is; we build yours.
Does it all have to come at once?
No. A merchant can start with the online catalogue and the counter, then add the trade accounts, the depot and the sites. A first conversation with us is how we decide where to begin.
How to start
Open the demonstration, work out a room, reserve a lot and place a fictional order, then switch roles: fifteen minutes is enough to see the group from the client’s side, the counter’s, the site’s and the depot’s.
If you run a building-materials merchant or a renovation company, write to us: we look together at how your clients order today and at what should be built first.
Let’s find where your next customers will come from
Tell us where things stand — your ads, your website, your Google listing — and what you are after. We reply within one working day, and the conversation commits you to nothing.
