Teleconsultation
Your doctor, without the journey
For a follow-up, a result to talk through or a question that needs no examination, see your doctor by video from your phone or computer. The same doctor, the same record, and the prescription in your patient space when the call ends.
In consultationHow a teleconsultation works
Five steps, from booking to follow-up, with no app to install.
Book and pay
Choose a video slot and pay online with a CIB or Edahabia card.
The waiting room
A few minutes before, a link opens the room: we check your camera, microphone and connection together.
The secure call
The doctor joins you by video. The call is encrypted from one device to the other and is not recorded.
The prescription online
If the doctor prescribes something, the e-prescription arrives in your space, with a QR verification code.
Follow-up
The report goes into your record, and an on-site appointment is offered if a test is needed.
Specialties by video
These specialties offer video slots, mostly for follow-up. So does general practice.

Your privacy
Encrypted end to end
Picture and sound go straight from your device to the doctor’s, encrypted by the browser.

Neither picture nor sound. Only the doctor’s notes and the documents they write go into your record.
Your record, your access log
Your space shows who opened your record and when.
Common questions
Do I need to install an app?
No. The teleconsultation opens in your phone’s or computer’s browser, from the link you receive when you book.
What if the connection drops?
The link stays valid: open it again and the doctor will find you. If the call cannot resume, you are offered a new slot at no charge.
Can I consult for my child?
Yes, from your family space, staying beside your child during the call. The paediatrician will tell you if seeing them in person would be better.
Will a pharmacy accept the prescription?
In this demonstration, the prescription is a specimen marked “DEMO” and has no value. In a real clinic, it carries the doctor’s signature and a verification code.
