Results

Your results, explained

Laboratory results and imaging reports reach your space as soon as a doctor has validated them. Every value is shown with its reference range, without jargon.

When are your results published?

A result is published only once validated: by the biologist for a laboratory test, by the radiologist for an imaging examination.

You then receive a message with a personal link. Most routine tests are ready the same day; a few take forty-eight hours.

Protected access

The link alone opens nothing: a one-time code is sent to the contact recorded in your file.

Every time a professional opens your record, it is written in a log you can read from your space.

What a reference value is

It is the range in which most healthy people’s results fall, for a given method and laboratory.

A value slightly outside it is not, on its own, a sign of illness, and a value inside it does not tell the whole story either.

What the page explains, and what it leaves to your doctor

For each test, the page says what it measures. It never says what your result means for you: that is your doctor’s role, reading it with the rest of your record.

Worried by a result? An appointment or a teleconsultation takes moments to book.

Sharing with another doctor

You can open your results to a doctor of your choice through a read-only link, valid for one, seven or thirty days, and withdraw it at any time.

Try it with a demonstration patient

Each link below is the one a fictional patient of the clinic would have received by message.
