Questions about renovation
Can a villa be renovated in stages?
Yes. We start with what protects the house (waterproofing, services) and plan the finishes over one or more rounds, to suit your budget.
What if a wall has to be opened up?
A light partition can be moved. A load-bearing wall is touched only after a study by a qualified engineer or architect, who designs and validates how the load is carried.
Who coordinates the tradespeople?
The Qarmoud Atelier foreman. You have one point of contact, and every package’s schedule is visible in your space.
