Our trucks

Three kinds of vehicle, chosen by the load and the street. The plates are fictional.

It sets pallets down on a reachable roof or balcony, provided it can put its stabilisers down.

What decides a delivery

  • The width of the street

Under three metres, only the van gets in. Measure at the narrowest point: a bend or a car parked on the corner is enough to stop a truck.

  • Crane access

The crane truck needs about four metres to set up, and a clear drop zone with no cables overhead.

  • Unloading

Someone has to be there to show the spot, count the pallets and sign the note. The truck blocks the street for under half an hour.

  • The floor

With no crane or lift, goods go up by hand, charged per floor and per tonne. A recent slab must be able to take the pallets’ weight.

Pallet deposits

Every pallet delivered carries a deposit, charged with the order and refunded when the pallet comes back in good condition.

Deposit per pallet1 500 DAindicative
  1. The deposit is on the invoice and the delivery note.
  2. Bring the pallet back to the depot, or hand it to the driver on the next delivery.
  3. The deposit is refunded or taken off your next order.

Delivery windows

Delivery the day after the order at the earliest, Saturday to Thursday, in one of the day’s three windows. On Friday the depots are closed.

  1. Window 107:00 – 10:00
  2. Window 210:00 – 13:00
  3. Window 313:00 – 16:30

Follow your truck on the day

On delivery day, tracking shows the truck on the map, the order of the stops and the estimated arrival time. The driver calls as he approaches.

Questions about delivery

Do you deliver to my area?

Each depot delivers to its own zones, from the town centre out to about sixty kilometres. The delivery page lists the towns in every zone and works out the fee for your weight, volume and access.

My street is narrow. Will the truck get in?

Under three metres wide, only the 1.5 t van gets in, and the crane truck cannot put its stabilisers down. Give the street width: the estimator picks the vehicle and splits the delivery into several trips if it has to.

Can you lift the pallets onto my roof terrace?

The 10 t crane truck sets pallets down on a reachable terrace or balcony, if the street lets it set up. With no crane and no lift, goods are carried up by hand, charged per floor and per tonne.

When will it arrive?

The day after the order at the earliest, in one of the day’s three windows: 07:00–10:00, 10:00–13:00 or 13:00–16:30. There are no deliveries on Fridays.
