Frequently asked questions

The answers, before the call

Lead times, cash collection, returns, stop-desks, freight, warehousing and personal data: what sellers, recipients and shippers ask us.

Online sellers

How do I open a seller account?

Online, in a few minutes: your products, your pick-up commune and how you want to be paid (bank or CCP transfer). An individual seller needs no trade register; a company adds its tax identifiers. You can ship from the next day.

Do you collect parcels from my place?

Yes. Book a pick-up for the morning or afternoon of a working day, from your space or through the API. You can also drop your parcels at any of the 69 agencies during opening hours (08:30 – 18:00, Saturday to Wednesday).

How long does delivery take?

The clock starts at pick-up: 12–24 h within the same city, 24–48 h in the North, 2–3 days to the High Plateaux, 3–4 days to the South and 4–6 days to the far South. A parcel picked up after 14:00 counts from the next working day; Fridays and public holidays do not count.

Do I have to print labels?

Yes, one 10 × 15 label per parcel, on a thermal printer or a cut A4 sheet. It carries the sorting code, the barcode, the recipient’s landmark and the amount to collect. Labels are generated in batches from the seller space.

What is order confirmation for?

Our call centre reaches the recipient before pick-up to check the order, the address and the amount. A confirmed order is refused at the door far less often. The option costs 70 DZD per order.

Recipients

How do I track my parcel?

With the tracking number the seller sent you (it starts with KH), on the tracking page. You see every step and, on delivery day, a two-hour arrival window.

I was out: what happens now?

The courier comes back on the next working day. The link you receive by text lets you, for 7 days, choose another day or have the parcel left at your wilaya’s stop-desk. After 3 attempts, the parcel goes back to the seller.

What is a stop-desk?

The counter of your wilaya’s agency, where you collect the parcel when it suits you, with your ID. A stop-desk delivery costs the seller 30% less than home delivery, with the same lead time.

Can I open the parcel before paying?

If the seller chose the « open before paying » option, yes: you check the contents, then pay or refuse. Otherwise, the parcel is paid for before it is opened. A refusal is recorded with its reason and the parcel returns to the seller.

Road freight

How do I get a freight quote?

Give the origin, the destination, the goods, the weight or number of pallets and the date: the indicative price appears at once, with the driving time. An adviser confirms the quote and books the vehicle. Freight prices are before tax, with VAT at 19% on top.

Do you run regular lanes?

Yes, on the East–West corridor out of Algiers and Blida, every day except Friday, and to Ouargla three times a week. A regular lane has a published price per vehicle and a fixed departure time.

Do you carry temperature-controlled goods?

Yes, in refrigerated semi-trailers, from chilled to frozen. The temperature is logged for the whole trip and attached to the proof of delivery; an alert warns the control tower if it leaves the range.

Is waiting at loading charged?

The first 2 hours at loading and at delivery are included. Beyond that, waiting is charged by the hour according to the vehicle. Loading on a Friday or a public holiday carries a surcharge.

Warehousing

How do I send my stock to the warehouse?

Announce the delivery in your space (products, quantities, lots), then drop it off or have it collected. We count, check and put away every pallet; receiving costs 450 DZD per pallet.

Do you manage expiry dates?

Yes. Every lot is stored with its date, and picking always takes the nearest date first. A lot nearing its date is flagged to you while there is still time to sell it.

What does warehousing cost?

Storage is charged by the day: 120 DZD per pallet, 220 DZD chilled. Fulfilment costs 90 DZD per order, plus lines picked and packaging, with a minimum of 15 000 DZD a month. Amounts are before tax.

Cash on delivery and money

What does cash on delivery cost?

A fee of 1% of the amount collected, with a minimum of 50 DZD and a maximum of 1 000 DZD per parcel. It is withheld from the payout, like the delivery price.

When do I get paid?

Twice a week, on Sunday and Wednesday. A payout includes everything collected and reconciled at the hub before 18:00 the day before, less fees. The statement details every parcel.

What does a return cost?

A parcel refused, or not delivered after 3 attempts, goes back to the seller for 50% of the outbound delivery price, with a minimum of 200 DZD. A parcel we damaged comes back free.

Can the buyer keep only part of the order?

Yes, if you allow it: the courier collects for the part kept and brings the rest back as a return. The statement shows the partial collection line by line.

Do I get an invoice?

Yes, every month, with VAT at 19% and our identifiers. Shippers under contract pay at 30, 45 or 60 days; invoices can also be paid by CIB or Edahabia card.

Personal data (Law 18-07)

How do you protect personal data?

Under Law 18-07 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data: we collect only what delivery needs, keep it only as long as necessary, and anyone may ask to see, correct or delete their data.

What do you do with recipients’ numbers?

They are used to deliver: a tracking text and the courier’s call, always masked. To estimate a refusal risk we keep only a hash of the number, never the number itself, and no blacklist.

Is the data in this demonstration real?

No. The company, the parcels, the people and the payments are fictional, numbers are masked and addresses stop at the commune. What you do in the demonstration is erased after 24 hours.

The amounts and lead times quoted are indicative and follow management’s grids.
