A night at the Rouiba hub

Scroll to follow one typical night’s parcels, from the semi-trailer that pulls in to the truck that leaves: each stage lights up as the parcels reach it, and the counters follow the hour of the night.

From your goods to your customers’ doors

Six steps, each checked with a scanner and visible in your space.

  1. Receiving against an advance notice

You announce the delivery; we count, check and receive line by line, with discrepancies reported the same day.

  2. Guided put-away

The system suggests the location: same lot first, fast movers near dispatch, a free place that fits.

  3. Lots and expiry dates

Every unit keeps its lot and date; first to expire goes first, and nothing too short-dated reaches a customer.

  4. Waves and pick paths

Orders are grouped by cut-off time and wilaya, and the picker follows an S-shaped path that never doubles back.

  5. Scan-checked packing

Every item is scanned at packing: one too many or one missing stops the parcel before it leaves.

  6. Into the network

The parcel gets its label and goes straight into the hub’s sorting, with no pick-up and no extra truck.

At receiving, an operator scans a wrapped pallet as it arrives.

Plugged into the delivery network

Your stock is in Rouiba, your customer in Tamanrasset: the parcel picked in the morning leaves that evening on the southern line, with cash on delivery and payouts like any other parcel.

Questions about warehousing

Is there a minimum volume?

A monthly billing minimum applies; below it, the invoice is topped up to that amount.

Do you handle products with an expiry date?

Yes: every unit keeps its lot and date, and we always pick the lot that expires first.

What about chilled products?

The Rouiba warehouse has a chilled zone, charged per day and per pallet.

How do I send my stock?

Announce the delivery in your space; we can also collect your goods with one of our trucks.

Can I run a stock count?

Cycle counts are scheduled by how fast items move, and you can ask for a full count.

Send us your stock, we do the rest
