A parcel’s journey, from your table to their door

Six steps, each one scanned and visible in your space and on the tracking link your customer receives.

  1. Pick-up or drop-off

A courier calls at your place before 2 pm, or you drop your parcels at your wilaya’s agency.

  2. Sorting at the hub

Scanned on arrival, the parcel gets its sorting chute and its bag by wilaya and commune.

  3. Night line haul

Bags leave overnight on the East–West motorway or, for the South, through Ouargla.

  4. Courier or stop-desk

To the door with a landmark and a time slot, or to the wilaya’s stop-desk.

  5. Cash collection

The courier collects the parcel’s amount, gives change and records the payment on his phone.

  6. Payout

Cash reconciled at the hub is paid into your bank or CCP account on Sunday and Wednesday.

Cash collection you can check

Cash on delivery is still the rule in Algeria. We treat it as money that is already yours, not as an extra service.

  • Readable fees

A cash handling fee of 1% of the amount, between 50 DZD and 1 000 DZD, shown on every line of the statement.

  • Two payouts a week

Sunday and Wednesday, for everything the hub reconciled before 6 pm the day before, by bank or CCP transfer.

  • One statement per payout

Each parcel, its collected amount, its fees and its returns, as a PDF and a spreadsheet, with the transfer’s own reference.

  • A dispute with a deadline

A discrepancy on a parcel is opened from the statement; the disputed amount is held aside until the decision.

Returns and exchanges, tracked like parcels

A refusal or an exchange goes back through the network with its own tracking and comes back to you, or to your stock if we keep your goods.

  • Return after a refusal

Charged at 50% of the outbound transport, 200 DZD at least, and only when the parcel is refused or undeliverable after three attempts.

  • Exchange at the door

The courier hands over the new item and takes back the old one in the same visit, for 300 DZD.

  • Open before paying

Your customer may open the parcel in front of the courier before paying. The option is free and lowers refusals.

  • Partial delivery

The customer keeps part of the order: the courier collects for what is kept and the rest comes back to you.

Labels, imports and integrations

Create parcels one by one, from a spreadsheet, by pasting an order message or by photographing your order book. 10 × 15 labels print on a thermal printer; your online shop sends us its orders through the API.

  • 10 × 15 label with sorting code, barcode and tracking QR
  • Spreadsheet import with every row checked
  • API and status notifications for your shop

Sellers’ questions

When do I get the money from my parcels?

On Sunday and Wednesday, for everything the hub reconciled before 6 pm the day before. The statement lists each parcel and the transfer carries the same reference.

What if my customer refuses the parcel?

It comes back to you with its tracking. The return fee is half the outbound transport, with a minimum, and appears on the statement.

Does the courier give change?

Yes. He leaves with a cash float and the phone works out the change. The customer can also pay at the stop-desk.

Can I sell from Instagram or TikTok without an online shop?

Yes. Paste the order message into your space: the system suggests the wilaya, the commune and the amount, and you check every field before the parcel is created.

Do you deliver to the new wilayas?

To all 69, to the door and to a stop-desk. The eleven wilayas created in 2025 have their own agency and their own price.
