The documents we ask for
A complete file once, renewed when due. The carrier space warns you thirty days before a document expires.
- Trade register or self-employed card, and tax identification number.
- A licence to carry goods for hire.
- Registration and a valid roadworthiness test for each vehicle.
- Vehicle insurance and goods-in-transit insurance.
- The driver’s licence for the vehicle.
- Bank or postal account details for payments.
In the demonstration every document is simulated and marked « DEMO »: no real paper is asked for or kept.
How a job runs
- An offer comes in — The control tower posts the load to your space: lane, date, loading slot, weight, pallets, temperature and price.
- You accept — You have thirty minutes to accept. After that, the offer goes to the next carrier.
- Loading and seal — At the dock, the driver checks the load in the app, photographs the seal and leaves with the waybill.
- On the road — Checkpoints are logged in the app. An incident is reported in two taps, photo included.
- Delivery and proof — The consignee signs or gives their code; the proof of delivery triggers payment.
Payment terms
- Paid by transfer fifteen days after proof of delivery, on a fixed date.
- A 30 % advance at loading, on request, for fuel.
- The first 2 hours of waiting at loading or delivery are included; beyond that, waiting is paid by the hour.
- A monthly statement of all your jobs, downloadable from your space.
| Vehicle | Waiting paid per hour beyond the included hours |

Offer your vehicle
A few questions so we know which loads to offer you. In the demonstration, nothing is sent.
