Careers

Take the line with us

Scooter and van couriers, long-haul drivers, sorters, pickers and stop-desk agents: the network holds because people know their city, their road and their hub. Freelance or employed, across all 69 wilayas.

The jobs

Six jobs, from the first kilometre to the last. Each has its tool: the courier app, the driver app, the hub scanner or the counter.

  • Scooter courier

City runs: about thirty parcels a day in an area you know, cash collected at the door, returns dropped at the agency in the evening.

    Freelance or employed
  • Van courier

Bulky parcels, pick-ups at sellers’ homes and the communes around the city, on a run optimised every morning.

Employed, or freelance with your own van
  • Long-haul driver

The lines between hubs: Algiers–Oran, Algiers–Sétif–Constantine and the southern line through Ouargla, in a sealed semi-trailer.

    Employed
  • Sorter

Unload, scan, sort by wilaya and load the bags onto the right docks, in three shifts round the clock.

    Employed, eight-hour shifts
  • Warehouse picker

Receive, put away and pick sellers’ orders with the scanner, minding expiry dates, then pack.

    Employed
  • Stop-desk agent

Hand parcels to the customers who come for them, take payment, accept a return and answer questions at the agency counter.

    Employed, agency hours

What it takes to deliver

For the road jobs, the minimum. The rest is learned in training.

  • Be 19 or over with the licence for the vehicle: A1 or A2 for a scooter, B for a van, C and CE for a heavy goods vehicle.
  • A recent Android smartphone for the delivery app.
  • A criminal-record extract under three months old.
  • Know your city by its landmarks: we deliver « behind the post office » more often than to a number.
  • For freelancers: your own insured vehicle and a self-employed card; we supply the top box, the vest and the bag.

Indicative amounts: they change when management edits its rate grids.

Safety first

No parcel is worth an accident. The rules below are built into the app: it stops the run when it has to.

  • Equipment supplied

An approved helmet, a high-visibility vest, gloves and a top box for couriers; safety shoes at the hub.

  • Stop for iftar

During Ramadan no delivery is planned in the hour before or the hour after iftar: the run pauses by itself.

  • Heat and sandstorms

In the South in summer, no scooter deliveries between noon and four. A forecast sandstorm suspends the lines until the warning is lifted.

  • Little cash on you

Past a collection ceiling, the app asks for a deposit at the nearest agency before you carry on.

The first days

  1. Apply in two minutes — The form below, no attachment.
  2. A call within three working days — Someone from your region’s hub calls you back for a first talk.
  3. Two days of training — The app, collecting cash and giving change, meeting customers, city riding and the safety rules.
  4. A day riding along — A full run with an experienced courier before your own.
  5. Your first run — A smaller area the first week, wider after.

Where we hire

Around every hub and in each of the 69 agencies, including the far South, where distance changes the job.
