How we work
From the first coffee to the last guest
- 01 · Week 1
The brief
An hour’s meeting, at home or at the agency: the date, the guests, both families’ traditions, what you absolutely want and what you absolutely do not.
- 02 · Within 5 days
The proposal
A quote line by line — every vendor, every package, our fee and VAT — with two alternatives and free dates checked.
- 03 · Online
Signature
You sign online and pay a 30% deposit. The vendors are booked in your name the same day.
- 04 · Until the day before
Planning
Your online space tracks everything: invitations and replies, the seating plan, fittings, the menu and the payment schedule.
- 05 · From dawn to the end
On the day
Your planner is on site from setup to strike, with a minute-by-minute running order every vendor has signed.
