An insurance company turns thirty with its agents from across the country: four speeches, thirty long-service awards, and a room that never looks at its watch.

01 · The brief
An anniversary, not a conference
Three hundred and eighty guests, half of them from other wilayas, an evening that thanks before it communicates, and one instruction from the board: nobody gets bored during the speeches.
02 · The challenge
Four speeches in twenty minutes
Thirty employees to honour without turning the night into a roll call, agents travelling home the next morning, and a bilingual room where every word has to land in Arabic as well as French.
03 · The design
Thirty years on the wall
A low stage facing an LED wall that scrolls thirty years of archive photographs, tables named after the cities where the company opened a branch, and the awards handed out ten at a time, to music.
04 · Logistics
Shuttles, badges and two languages
QR badges issued by Tarab and scanned at the door, shuttles from three hotels, a stage manager for every speaker and a bilingual teleprompter: the running order fits on one page, and the page holds.
05 · On the night
A chaâbi band, a cake with thirty candles
The speeches end at 9.05 pm, the chaâbi band takes the stage, the longest-serving staff blow out the thirty candles, and the agents leave with a photograph of their table printed on the spot.
