Weddings

Three days that count for a lifetime

From the henna night to the last ululation, we hold the calendar, the vendors and both families’ traditions — so you live your wedding instead of running it.

What is included

Everything we take on

  • The hall, or both

Separate halls for women and men, or one mixed hall, booked and visited with you.

  • Catering and sweets

Halal menus tasted before signing, traditional trays, a tiered cake and a sweet table.

  • Band and troupe

Chaâbi, raï, Andalusian or Kabyle, and zorna or karkabou to welcome the procession.

  • Tesdira and beauty

Outfit changes planned with the négafa, hair and make-up, the dressing room beside the hall.

  • Photo and film

Coverage from henna to the party, a short film within two weeks, and women photographers for the women’s hall.

  • Guests and seating

Digital invitations, online replies, hall and menu choices, a seating plan shared with both families.

Our traditions

What makes a wedding from here

Every family has its customs. These are the ones we organise most often — and we learn yours.

  • 01

    The henna night

The evening before, at the bride’s family home: the hennaya, the women’s songs, the tray and the candles.

  • 02

    The procession

The decorated cars, the route, the arrival at the hall to the sound of the zorna.

  • 03

    The mida and the kosha

The couple’s throne, facing the hall, and the décor around it.

  • 04

    The troupe

Karkabou, zorna, bendir or idebbalen depending on the family’s region.

  • 05

    Separate halls

Two halls, two entrances, two sound systems and one running order, or a mixed hall if you prefer.

Questions

What people often ask

Do you plan weddings with separate halls?

Yes, it is in fact most of our weddings. We synchronise service and the key moments across both halls, with a stage manager in each.

Are the caterers halal?

Every caterer on our marketplace works halal; the meat comes from butchers they name in their file.

Can we keep our own caterer or hall?

Of course. We bring them into the running order and our fee only covers what we coordinate.

When should we book?

For summer, ten to twelve months ahead: the big halls in Algiers and Oran go first. Off season, four months is often enough.

How does payment work?

30% at signature, 40% a month before, the balance a week before, by transfer, CIB or Edahabia.
