The estimate
Beyond the consultation, nothing begins without a written estimate you take away. A treatment plan spread over several sessions is priced in full rather than session by session: you know what the whole thing costs before the first one.
Paying
Payment is cash or CIB card at the practice, at the end of each session. A long treatment can be paid in instalments, agreed when the estimate is drawn up.
The practice does not bill insurers directly: you pay on the day and claim afterwards if your policy covers it. You are given an invoice for that.
Book an appointment
Held free every morning, Sunday to Thursday. They cannot be booked in advance, which is what keeps them available for the pain of the day.
