The practice
Two chairs, a first floor, and a lift.
Traced sterilisation, digital radiography
Instruments go through the autoclave after every patient and the cycle is recorded. Radiography is digital, which lowers the dose received.

The emergency slots
Held free every morning, Sunday to Thursday. They cannot be booked in advance, which is what keeps them available for the pain of the day.
What the practice does
The practice sees patients by appointment for all the usual dental work: scaling, fillings, root canals, extractions, crowns and braces.
A first consultation begins with an examination and, where it helps, an X-ray. A written estimate is handed over before treatment starts, never after.
A slot held each morning for pain
Toothache does not schedule itself. The practice keeps slots free every morning for patients in pain, and those slots cannot be booked in advance.
If you are in pain today, ask for an emergency slot: they are the morning ones, between 08:30 and 10:00.
Languages
The assistant reads and answers in four languages: Algerian derja, Arabic, French and English. The assistant also reads Arabic written in Latin letters — "3andi wje3 f snani" is a perfectly clear sentence to it.
What the practice does not do
There is no out-of-hours cover, and the assistant diagnoses nothing.
Outside opening hours nobody answers at the practice. Pain that keeps you awake, a swollen cheek or a fever needs a hospital emergency department. The assistant gives you times and prices; it does not tell you what you have.
