What we do not deliver
Six provinces in the deep south. They are named in the grid rather than dropped from the menu: somebody in Tamanrasset should learn they will not be delivered to before filling in an address, not after.
A parcel coming back
A refusal at the door and a return after trying the frame are two different events, counted separately. The first costs the carriage, the second opens the 14-day swap.
Paying
To the courier, in cash, for the amount shown at checkout. The CIB card joins the same flow without rebuilding it, the day the bank file completes.
