Eight zones, eight prices, eight lead times.
A flat rate is paid for twice: the workshop loses money on the far provinces, and the customers next door subsidise the ones across the country. So every zone carries its real price, worked out from distance and weight, and shown before the basket.

A parcel coming back
A refusal at the door and a return after trying the frame are two different events, counted separately. The first costs the carriage, the second opens the 14-day swap.
Paying
To the courier, in cash, for the amount shown at checkout. The CIB card joins the same flow without rebuilding it, the day the bank file completes.
Cash on delivery, in detail
Cash on delivery. You pay the courier, in cash. You get a text with the order number and the slot, and you can refuse the parcel at the door.
