Every summer, the diaspora’s visits bring viewings, signings and handovers together. How we organise the season so nobody wastes their trip.
01 A calendar prepared in April
Buyers coming home for the summer book their appointments in spring: the viewing, the snag list, the signing, the keys. The earlier the date is set, the calmer the stay.
02 Documents ready before arrival
We gather the papers online before the trip, so the signing does not hang on a document left abroad. A power of attorney remains an option if the stay is short.
03 The handover visit
We walk the home room by room, test the equipment and list the snags. Photos are attached to the report, which you can open from the client space once you are back.
04 After you leave
Snags are followed remotely, photo by photo. For owners letting their property, property management can take over from the day of handover.
05 And for everyone else
Summer is also peak season for coastal lettings. Owners who let year-round do well to set their lease calendar outside it.
