Financing

A conventional loan or Islamic financing, side by side

Enter the price, your deposit and your income: all three formulas are computed at once, with the ceilings the bank would apply.

Indicative simulation — Fictional banks, indicative rates and margins, set by the agency’s management. Only a written offer from a licensed institution commits a bank.

The bank studies your simulation and answers with an agreement in principle, or tells you what is missing. In the demonstration the answer arrives in seconds.

02Financing

Three formulas, three logics

Conventional loan

The bank lends a sum and you repay it with interest, in level monthly payments computed on a fixed rate. The total cost depends directly on the term.

Murabaha

The bank buys the property and resells it to you at a price fixed at signature: its cost plus a margin. You pay that price in equal instalments; no interest accrues and the price never moves.

Ijara

The bank keeps ownership of the share it finances and leases it to you; each month you buy back a tranche and pay rent on what it still owns. Payments fall until ownership passes to you.

In the demonstration

Amine and Lydia Kaci are preparing their first purchase in Chéraga: their simulation and financing file are in their client space.
