The carriers
Two demonstration carriers share the parcels: Rapido DZ (demo) and Kawkab Express (demo). The second does not serve the deep south.
Delivery and returns
All over Algeria, with no surprises
All 58 wilayas are delivered, to the door or to a stop-desk. The price depends on the zone, and it is the same at checkout and on the invoice.

Above 3,000 g, every started kilo adds DZD 150 — a coat or a burnous is heavy.
Collect in store
Free in our four boutiques, ready in 24 to 48 hours. A piece can also be reserved for 48 hours, to try it before you pay.
Cash on delivery
It is the default way to pay. Every order is confirmed before it ships, by a message or a call from our team: with no answer after 3 attempts, it is cancelled. You pay the courier in cash, after seeing the parcel.
By card
CIB and Edahabia cards are accepted on a demonstration gateway; no real card is charged.
Returns and exchanges
- You have 30 days after delivery to return or exchange a piece, unworn and with its tag, in a boutique or through the carrier.
- Refunded to the original payment method, or as store credit with 5% on top, valid for a year.
- Pieces altered to your measurements and hijabs taken out of their sleeve are neither returned nor exchanged.
