The two cookies
One sandbox per browser
Everything you do in the demonstration — the basket, bookings, visa files, quote requests, messages — is recorded in a sandbox, tied to the random identifier in the first cookie above.
The sandbox is deleted twenty-four hours after your last activity, with everything in it. Nobody else can reach it, and it serves only to make the demonstration work.
No personal data
No field in the demonstration accepts personal data. The travellers, passports and bank cards are the demonstration account’s: you choose them from a list, you do not type them. Quote requests hold nothing but choices.
The only free text is the conversation with the concierge. Put no name, number or address in it: it needs none of them to answer.
The concierge and artificial intelligence
To answer you, the text of your messages to the concierge is sent to an artificial-intelligence provider, with the parts of the catalogue the answer needs. The agency uses it for nothing else, and the conversation is deleted with the sandbox.
Your choices
You can delete both cookies from your browser’s settings: the demonstration then starts again from an empty sandbox. The preference cookie is only written if you change currency.
