Dar Zitoun · ordering by voice
By phone
On the phone, Dar Zitoun takes the order in Algerian Arabic, Arabic, French or English, and writes it on screen while you talk.

How it works
How it works
You call and talk the way you would at the counter. We repeat it, give you the total, and the order goes to the kitchen.
- You order the way you talk — “3atini wahda merguez, géante, w coca”.
- The order is repeated back with the total, worked out from the menu.
- We ask delivery or collection, and which commune.
- The order reaches the kitchen screen.
A recorded call
Listen to an order being taken
A recorded demonstration: a script written as an example and replayed here. It is not a real customer and nothing goes to the kitchen.
Waiting
Pick a language: the call plays out here line by line, and the ticket writes itself beside it.
Kitchen ticketPhone
The ticket writes itself during the call.
Live
Now call her yourself
This time it is not a script: Dar Zitoun answers for real, in whichever language you speak. Nothing you say is recorded.

What we do not do on the phone
On the phone, Dar Zitoun takes the order out loud and writes it on screen while you talk. We do not deliver outside Blida and we do not take complaints about an order already placed over the phone: that needs a person. It is a demonstration — nothing goes in the oven.
