The treatment
Lying on your side, supported by cushions, to ease the lower back and heavy legs, with a neutral oil free of essential oils. We ask for your doctor’s approval.
What is included

- A short talk about where you are tense or tender
- Warmed oils chosen for the season
- Ten minutes’ rest in the cabin afterwards
- Preparing and cleaning the station (20 min), never taken from your time
Products used
- Amber and neroli massage oil
The ones in our shop, so you can carry the treatment on at home.
Afterwards
- 1Stay warm and take your time before leaving.
- 2Drink water or a herbal tea.
- 3Leave the oil on your skin for a few hours.
