Nesrine opened Maison Nouara in 2012, after fifteen years behind the chair in Algiers and Paris. She still cuts every week and prepares the brides who ask for her personally. Her rule fits in a sentence: nobody is kept waiting, and nobody’s name is ever forgotten.
