DemonstrationVoyages Ziban is a fictional company. No ticket is sold, no card is charged, and no bank is involved — the gateway is a simulation. Built by Algeria Agency.
Three lines out of Biskra. Numbered seats, payment by CIB or Edahabia card — or at the counter, as before.

Our lines
The times are the ones on the board at the counter. A seat booked online is the same seat as one bought at the desk — it is held while the payment runs, and given back if the payment fails.
On board
A coach company sells a seat at a stated hour. The rest fits in three sentences, and they are written once, here.
You choose your seat when you book, and that is the one waiting for you. No seat is ever sold twice.
One bag in the hold and one in the cabin are included in the fare shown. Nothing is added when you board.
The coach station sells the same seats at the same times. The site is a way to buy, not the only one — and that is a commitment rather than a transition.
Book
The traveller’s name is already filled in: this is a demonstration, there is nothing to type. Pick the line and the seat, then pay — what happens next is the interesting part.
Your booking

Second act
The longer half is not technical. The bank reviews a file, with its documents and its checks — and what it checks is knowable in advance.
State of the file
As it stands, the file does not go
A document or a consistency is missing. These are corrections to make before it is filed, not after.
The technical part happens during the wait, on the test environment. That is why it is short and why the whole thing is long.
We will not give you a date for this stage, nor a range, nor an average. It depends on the bank and on the quality of the file that was submitted. A supplier who announces you a timetable here is announcing a timetable they do not keep.
Third act
Three totals, and they are never equal. Four differences are normal and can be read; the rest are defects, and you have just caused them yourself.

What the bank authorised.

4 800 DA − 700 DA − 73 DA
The money from a card sale is not in the account on the day of the sale. The delay is contractual and it varies; ask for it before signing, then check what you actually observe on your own statements.
Deducted from the settlement, not invoiced separately. This is the amount actually withheld on this batch; what it represents elsewhere is a contract term we do not publish.
73 DA
A cancellation from two days ago, returned to the original means of payment and taken off this batch.
700 DA
One line for two days. It is what makes a merchant say a settlement is missing, before they learn to read their statement.
Nothing to give back for now.
This is what your customer will read on their statement, weeks later, trying to remember what it was. The most profitable single setting on this whole page, and it is set once.

VZ*BSK3391
Unreadable. A line nobody recognises is the leading cause of a dispute — and a dispute is a procedure between two banks in which you are the supplier of documents rather than a party.
No failure rate, no dispute rate, no settlement delay. Those figures exist and are measured precisely, by people who do not publish them; ours would cover too few businesses to mean anything; and laying a foreign figure on an Algerian page gives an exact number and a false conclusion. What you see here is a count of what you have just caused, and nothing else.
What we would not say
A coach company sells a fixed timetable, a fixed fare and a seating plan: online booking belongs here. An agency that assembles trips, Omra files or bespoke quotations has none of that product, and we have written elsewhere that a booking engine costs it a great deal to solve a problem it does not have.
We promise no banking deadline, we publish no failure rate, and we do not claim the card will increase your sales. On many Algerian catalogues it reassures without replacing cash on delivery.
