The provider is interchangeable
Switch it in the panel on the right: the same steps run and the output keeps its shape. That is configuration, not a rewrite.
You decide what leaves the country
Every field sent to a foreign service is listed and can be withdrawn. Untick the customer's phone: it leaves the payload, the output does not change. It never needed to travel.
The outage is decided in advance
Cut the provider, then run. Nothing breaks: the record queues, the screen says so, the counter climbs. On restore the queue drains.
